SERVICE FEES

Non Refundable Service Fees are based on length and complexity of request. These are determined following receipt of Trip Inquiry and after the Consultation Call.

1. Payment required prior to start of planning.

2. This fee is for planning services and is not applied toward trip deposit or any trip payments.

3. This fee is not dependent on whether the client ultimately travels. Trip cancellation does not affect this fee.

Independent (FIT) travel for up to 4 Adult pax on the same itinerary.
